The room was on the small side, but clean and comfortable, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. Staff were nice, breakfast service was great, and there was a pleasant view of the central square.

We had a balcony room with lovely views across the town square, and breakfast was just right to start the day. The hotel is charming and well placed for exploring beautiful Poitiers, with friendly, attentive staff. When a problem came up during our stay, they dealt with it quickly and to our satisfaction. They clearly care about their guests.

We could walk to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops from here, so there was no need to take a taxi. You can't beat the location. Just perfect.

The balcony looked out over the town square, and the room was comfortable and well looked after. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. With the warm welcome and ideal location, I'd happily stay here again on a future visit to Poitiers.
