The owner made us feel welcome, and breakfast was simple with a nice range of things to choose from. You can book a space in the courtyard for parking, which is handy if you arrange it ahead of time. The central location is great for setting off on foot to see the historic city. The hotel is dated and needs a serious facelift, with several bathroom flaws and old carpet.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a very convenient spot. Parking is possible, but you have to book it in advance. The place was clean, though the bedding felt quite soft. The room has carpet, and the bathroom has old PVC flooring with some broken tiles. There’s a hairdryer. Really, the whole hotel needs renovating.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were excellent. The beds are new and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The hotel is right in the center, though the decor is old-fashioned.

A good price and an excellent welcome, right in the center near the town hall. There are lots of good restaurants, historic places, museums, and shops nearby. Bikes can be left overnight in a locked garage.

What a nightmare. The head teacher was manipulative and so unpleasant that we felt like we were in a Hitchcock film. Parking turned into a whole complicated saga, and he wouldn’t admit his mistakes. We were relieved to leave. We’ll never return, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
