There’s a private parking spot, and the place would work well for a weekend or a longer stay. We had a fantastic time, apart from loud music from the upstairs neighbor between midnight and 2 a.m. on our last night. That wasn’t something the owner could control. The little house is just outside Troyes, a city well worth visiting. It has two bedrooms and is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the small bathroom was functional. It was very hot outside when we stayed in summer, but keeping the shutters and windows closed kept the inside cool. Opening them in the morning to air the place out made the fairly busy street noticeable, though with everything shut we barely heard it.
