La Chambre Claire

The bright room and its artistic atmosphere made me want to come back on my next trip to the region. It was a peaceful, leafy setting, with a warm welcome and excellent bedding. A very relaxing stay.

Stéphane was so kind and shared plenty of useful tips. We also had a nice spot in the garden for cooking or warming up food, and since we were traveling by bike, leaving them in the courtyard was no problem. The room was spacious and clean. We couldn't think of a single drawback! Thanks again, and I highly recommend 'La chambre claire'.

We were cycling, and with the weather as it was, the owner even offered us his car so we could go out for dinner. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, and there’s a garden room with a kitchen where you can prepare meals. A great stopover near Tréport and a handy base for visiting Eu. I highly recommend it.

The garden was such a peaceful place to spend the evening. We liked using the sun kitchen to make something simple, even if it’s not grand luxury, which we didn’t need anyway. Our host was friendly, made us a nicely prepared breakfast, and we had a pleasant chat with him. It’s also a good base for bike rides and trips to the lovely coastal towns of Le Tréport and Mers.
