Hôtel Restaurant Rapin

Good food, a comfortable and clean place, and parking off the street. It’s a very good family-run business.

Nice place for a night :)

The air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was good. We had no trouble booking or checking in, and the room was clean. But in our triple room, the bathroom and toilet opened onto the bedroom, with a wall that stopped short of the ceiling, which was inconvenient. The room felt very old, the floor was uneven, and insulation was poor, although the double glazing was very good.

The room and bathroom were clean, and we got a pleasant welcome. The bed was firm, though, and the hotel was so noisy that I could hear doors and footsteps on the stairs, conversations in the hall, and traffic. The walls seemed very thin. Three people in the next room talked loudly at 6 p.m. and again when they came back from a night out at 2:30 a.m. I could hear their conversations and even their snoring. The price was reasonable, so I wasn’t expecting luxury, just enough quiet to sleep. I’d booked a room to split up a long trip for family reasons while pregnant, hoping to rest. Instead I barely slept and left first thing the next morning 😅
