Les Hauts du Pavellone Ferienanlage

We stayed in July 2022 and loved the peaceful setting and terrace with its incredible sea view. The two-bedroom villa was comfortable, and the recently renovated kitchen had everything we needed. Having two terraces, including one in the shade, made it easy to relax. The pool is just a few steps away and is splendid. The website photos matched what we found. Nothing to complain about! 👌🙂🙂

The infinity pool overlooking the bay was the best part of the complex. The management were very helpful, thank you, Dominique. We had a terrace with lovely views across the bay towards Cala Rossa and Porto Vecchio. The complex has around 9-10 houses in different sizes. Our house was comfortable for four adults, with a living room and kitchen combined, sofa bed, bathroom and small bedroom downstairs, plus another bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one with two single beds. It was very well equipped with a four-burner cooktop, oven, two refrigerators, washing machine, toaster, filter coffee machine and usually Wi-Fi. The main drawback was that there were no basic supplies at all, not even a few coffee filters or a roll of toilet paper for the first morning. Bring these along or buy them locally before you arrive. You'll need a car, as the nearest supermarket is just over 15 minutes away. I'd travel there again anytime!

For €2000 a week, I expected at least an unbroken bench, some garden furniture on the terrace, and a decent stovetop and coffee maker. Instead, both appliances were cheap and 20 years old. The apartment wasn't even shown in the residence photos. Everything felt outdated and untouched for 20 years, and the owner doesn't maintain it, passing responsibility to the agency. Calling this “high-end” is a joke. Beware of misleading advertising, avoid at all costs.

The villas were comfortable and the hosts attentive. The residence is quiet and wooded, with magnificent 180° sea views.
