The first thing we found was a room that hadn’t been cleaned. It took an hour for someone to clean it, and even then the floor was still dirty. After we asked for it to be swept, we waited another 1.5 hours in the heat with two children. Nobody apologized, offered water, or gave us somewhere to wait. The place is filthy, and the worst I’ve stayed in for a long time. The photos are misleading because the hotel is split into two separate places, and you might end up in the old, low-standard residence. Our room had just one wall outlet by the bathroom door, the WC door wouldn’t shut, and the kitchen equipment was so worn out we didn’t dare use it. I don’t know how it made it through the COVID period.

We had a lovely mountain view from our room, and the location was wonderful. The service was good too.

From the entrance, I wasn’t impressed at first. Getting to our room changed that, since nearly every room has a terrace facing the mountains. The views of the trees and mountains are lovely, and in the morning the birdsong coming down from the mountains is especially nice.

We had a really nice stay. The apartments connected to the hotel were clean, nicely sized, and close to a relaxing pool. The view was magnificent.

Really liked staying here. The terrace has a breathtaking mountain view, and the air conditioning and pool were very nice extras.
