The castle has such an authentic feel, but it’s been cared for so well that it still feels fresh and classy. Our hostess was really friendly and helpful, and paid close attention to what we needed. The rooms, breakfast, pool, and all the little details exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing stay, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend it!

Christian is happy to share the history of the place, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. We had generous breakfasts and the evening meals were a real treat. Anne-Laure gave us a perfect welcome, which made for a timeless weekend in a magnificent location.

For anyone who loves historic buildings and a step back in time, Château de Potelière is a lovely place to stay. It brings together modern comforts and amenities, including a heated pool and a veranda designed by the Eiffel Group, while respecting the château’s character. The peaceful setting was relaxing, and the decor felt beautiful and thoughtfully chosen throughout. Nothing was missing. Anne-Laure gave us a very warm welcome, with kind, thoughtful touches like lighting the fireplace at the end of the evening and upgrading our room when we arrived early.
