The children loved the mini-club, which was very well equipped, and the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful throughout. A big thank you to the manager of the Jaja center and her whole team for their dedication, kindness and good humor. The food was excellent, with a good variety of local products, and we were on full board. The hotel’s family facilities were good, and the bus stop right outside meant a bus every 10 minutes. Our room was simple but functional, with very comfortable bedding. A fantastic family holiday in the mountains. See you soon! Paul.

The room felt a little dated, but the warm family atmosphere, fun activities and the children feeling safe, like at summer camp, more than made up for it. We had a fantastic stay, with a very warm welcome and varied, delicious homemade food. Maybe Yoga Stretching classes in the morning or late afternoon next year? We’ll be back next year. Thanks to the whole team!

The room was clean and had a lovely view of the resort, and the meals were well balanced, both at the table and as packed lunches. We had an exceptional week with sunshine and snow, and everyone made us feel welcome. Thanks to Jaja for the hospitality and to the very friendly team. A fantastic holiday, and we’re looking forward to coming back next year.
