Logis Hotel Le Calluna

We ate at this hotel in June 24 and paid €75 for a meal that was junk. The two sea bass fillets arrived cold, with undercooked skin, and whoever cooked them clearly can't cook fish. Then we ordered a sweet, which was disgusting. We told the staff how disappointed we were, but they clearly didn't care.

We booked two nights but left after one, possibly the worst hotel we've stayed in. The manager wasn't interested when I tried to explain the problems. The balcony room looked nice online, but was tiny in reality, with dirty windows inside and out and very basic, uncomfortable furniture. I even had to clean the toilet before using it. We started worrying as soon as we left the lobby and climbed the shabby, dirty stairs.

At 6:35, we asked to sit in the enclosed terrace because our little one was cold. We were told it wasn't possible before 7 pm because they were still preparing dinner tables, even though they already had napkins, glasses and mats. How hard would it have been to add cutlery? It felt like their work mattered more than us as customers. Having now read the owners' response, I'm happy with the single star I gave. We did NOT stay or eat there. We went somewhere else, see my other post with 5 stars. At best, they've confused us with someone else.

A good hotel for a short stay. The rooms were OK and had a view, but there's no lift. There isn't much to do around the area, though there are some restaurants.
