The pool was warm and nicely maintained, and the food was great. The bedrooms are cosy, and the staff are friendly. It's a great center in the heart of the Jura. The ski room is cramped, though, and there's nowhere to dry your things.

The day hike was enjoyable, and the hiking and snowshoeing guide was friendly, professional, and attentive to the different participants. He shared what he knew about the area, activities, and places to visit. I was disappointed that the set menu was compulsory and cost extra even for guests on a full-board plan. The VVF is in a quiet spot, fairly close to the village. The room was small but the bedding was comfortable. There were lots of board games and themed evenings, and the activities manager made sure evenings stayed peaceful for guests. We didn't see recycling bins or get any instructions about recycling, despite the sustainability commitment.

I didn't stay at the holiday village, but the reception staff were kind and helpful when I was hiking nearby and lost a pouch with all my identification and belongings. They took the time to find a way to reach me and mail everything back. Many thanks for their kindness and help. Elisa.
