Getting there was a real pain. Provins is a maze of one-way streets, and the roads in front of the hotel were being dug up. It seems like too much trouble to tell someone who asks by email. It took us over half an hour to reach the hotel. For me, a hotel needs to let you sleep well, and this one didn't. There aren't proper curtains, and the air conditioning couldn't cope with the heat, so it wasn't much help. The price doesn't feel worth it. Breakfast was also disappointing for the cost. The food itself was good quality, but there wasn't enough choice, with no fried or scrambled eggs or fruit salad, for example.

It's a clean, beautiful hotel and worth the price. But my room wasn't soundproof. I could hear the neighbors on the third floor making noise all night, and it was hard to sleep.

The view from room 307 was perfect, looking out at Eglise Sainte-Croix de Provins. At this price, it felt like the kind of hotel that would cost three or four times more in Paris. I liked the place and would stay again. The one thing that kept me from giving five stars was the heating. I couldn't get it working at first, so I went to the front desk. They switched the room from AC to heat, and I could adjust the temperature, but it never got warm enough for me.

I had a lovely massage during my stay. The hotel is fantastic, with exceptional rooms and a friendly little bar that's well stocked. It's in the beautiful town of Provins. Highly recommended.

A relaxed atmosphere, unusual rooms, and a good breakfast. It's a very nice place and offers good value for the price. There's a large car park close by.
