The pool was clean and quiet the whole time, and the location and service were both great. The food at the restaurant is amazing, so make sure to reserve in advance. Special thanks to the front desk staff, especially the gentleman who's always there, though I can't remember his name, and the lady who seemed to be everywhere, day and night. Ten stars plus!

The staff were very polite and attentive, and the place was clean and well located. We felt at home and would go back for everything else. The main dishes at the restaurant were very good, though the fish soup was just okay. It seemed to me like tuna with tomato sauce and water. Prices at the restaurant are a bit higher than the regional average. There's also a snack place opposite, but we didn't try it, as the food was all cheese dishes. Breakfast could use more cold cuts and cheese options, since they served only slices of ham.

Our room was comfortable and had a small balcony facing the lake. The hotel is right on the beach, with lovely views across Lac Leman (Lake Geneva) to Switzerland and, when the sky is clear, the surrounding mountains. The Restaurant shown in the photo actually sits in the water.

A very comfortable two-night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the location right by the lake is excellent. I'd highly recommend it!

They lost our reservation after we'd provided our credit card details and received email confirmation. I was very disappointed by how little concern they showed. Luckily, we managed to book a beautiful lakefront room at Hotel des Prince instead. It was a better room for a better price.
