Château de Morin

Just amazing.

I still remember taking my first kayaking strokes in the canal below the castle, when I came here for a three-week summer camp in 1988. The castle was the girls' dormitory, and it looked much as I remember it. The boys stayed in a more modern building next door, though it may have been demolished since, as it seemed out of place. Congratulations to the current owners on the renovation. I’d love to come back nearly 40 years later!

Château Morin has a lovely, romantic elegance and a special atmosphere that made it a magical setting for our dream wedding. The owners were wonderful to work with, so attentive and kind, and their passion for the estate really shows. We got married on September 21, 2024, and celebrated at Château de Morin. The château’s proportions are beautiful, the rooms spotless, and its romantic charm comes through in the wooden and marble fireplaces, which look magnificent in photos. The grounds are beautifully kept, with manicured lawns and breathtaking centuries-old oak trees. We loved having our photo shoot in the peaceful park, and the belvedere overlooking the Canal du Midi was perfect for cocktails in warm, sunny weather. We highly recommend the estate for its emotional richness and warm hospitality. A thousand thanks for being part of our wedding.
