7.2/10
10/10
The neighborhood feels like a typical residential suburb, though there are a few good places to eat within a 15-20 minute walk. We tried CapLand for Guadeloupean food one evening. Getting around was easy enough: we took the L6 bus between the hotel and Ramonville, where the metro connects to the main sights. For about 60 euros a night, the room was above average. There was always someone at reception, and tea bags and a kettle were available in the lobby.
10/10
The staff were really kind and helpful, and my room was clean. Good service.
8/10
The receptionist was great. When the internet went down, she helped me out.
10/10
Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mrs. Lilia stood out as one of the best. I think that kind of welcome is just French hospitality.
4/10
The staff were friendly, but the place is run down. The toilet water had to be shut off between flushes, and some of the lights and the A/C didn’t work. There was also a strong cleaning product smell. Breakfast is easy to skip if you have another option.
