The hotel hadn’t received my booking, even though the third party site had confirmed it. They still found me a room and didn’t charge me, and the desk staff helped sort it all out and took the stress away. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and I liked it enough to pinch a few bedroom ideas for home.

Everything was clean, and everyone was welcoming and very nice. A great spot if you need to be near the train station.

We’d happily come back. It’s easy to explore downtown Reims on foot from here, with key sights and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. Parking is right next to the hotel, which was convenient. Our room and bathroom were small, but clean and well maintained.

The cleaner knocked at about 11am even though I’d put up the “don't disturb” sign, but that was a minor issue. The staff were friendly and efficient, and this stay felt very satisfying. The location, right in front of Reim train station, is convenient. This is an ex-Ibis, so the desk is bigger than at the other B&B hotel and has lots of nearby power points, which I really like. The wooden hangers are easy to use, and the bathroom is well equipped with a heater and hair dryer. The shower pressure is high, another thing that matters to me. I used to avoid this B&B because it was a bit pricier than the other one, but the price is good now, so I don’t hesitate. I gave it 9 out of 10 because I always like to leave room for improvement, though based on this stay it feels more like a 10.

The breakfast was great, and so were the rooms, bathroom, staff, everything here. 👏🏻
