Marie Anne and Gerard were fantastic hosts. Marie Anne arranged a tour at Pommery Champagne, shared a map and restaurant tips, and even drove us to the champagne caves. Breakfast in the beautiful dining room was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, with large bathrooms, and there’s private parking. It’s just steps from the cathedral, and a beautiful place to stay.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and classy. The property is well maintained and close to the center. The owners were friendly without being intrusive, though they only speak French. Breakfast was beautifully presented but very simple.

The owners were very helpful and knew the local area, including Champagne, really well. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very nice.

Marianne and Gerard are helpful, lovely hosts, and the room and breakfast were nice. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Reims. Try to book a room at Le Clos des Roys if you’re visiting.

The cathedral is less than a minute away on foot, and the hosts are lovely. A smart little bed and breakfast, easily worth seven stars.
