The breakfast was good, and the soundproofing was super effective. But it was too warm to sleep, and the AC wasn't working, it only circulated the room air. The room needed cleaning, and the carpet was dusty. There was no coffee in the room, just two small portions of instant coffee that I didn't use. Our street-facing room was super noisy when we tried to cool it by leaving the window open. It felt a little too rustic for a 3 stars hotel. Fine if you're in transit, but otherwise, choose somewhere else.

8/10
We picked this hotel because it’s close to the tile, plumbing and other showrooms. The rooms are large, including the bathroom and toilet, and breakfast had lots of good choices. A coffee or tea maker in the room would’ve been nice, though there is a bar on site.

I’ve spent a lot of time here and it’s been five stars all the way. If you’re looking for a good hotel in Rennes, choose Brit Hotel du Stade.
