Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat, with croissants, bread, eggs, cheese, fruit, butter, honey, and jams as the sun came up. The tablecloth maps were handy for figuring out where to go. Nearby caves are well worth seeing, and the car-free greenway along an old railway line passes streams, rivers, and magical little towns and villages. A great base for a holiday away from the usual routes. The hostess was so friendly, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the views were lovely.

I stayed at Le Clos d’Audio for two weeks, and the host really made it easy to settle in. Gaëlle met us when we arrived, helped with our suitcases, showed us to the room, and explained meals and late access. She was very welcoming, and her English was more than good enough for guests who don't speak French. The room was clean, with a comfortable double bed, en-suite shower room, and enough storage. There was no air-conditioning, though a large fan was provided, and during the very hot weather I did miss having air-con. The window had an insect screen, so we could leave it open overnight without letting in mosquitoes. Charging was limited to standard round-pin sockets, with no USB points. Breakfast was available from 07.30, in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather. There were fresh local croissants and bread, coffee, homemade yoghurt and jams, cheese, eggs, and honey. With 24 hours' notice, Gaëlle also serves a table’d’hote dinner for residents, and she’s an excellent cook. I loved sitting outside as the sun rose over the steep valley side. Excellent value, and I’d happily stay again.

The rooms were pleasant, and breakfast was great, just right before cycling la voie verte. Gaelle gave us a very warm welcome.

Gaëlle is such a cheerful, funny and welcoming person, with plenty of warmth and character. She made us feel at ease straight away. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, with a feminine touch I really liked, and the cozy common room has a comfortable sofa by the fire. Our spacious bedroom was spotless and well arranged. The house is gorgeous, right by the Passapaïs River, and there’s covered bike parking. Everything felt just right. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend discovering this place.

Clos d'Audio is right on the Passa Païs greenway, and there’s a secure place for bikes, making it an ideal stopover. We all felt at home immediately thanks to Gaëlle’s warm welcome, good humor, enthusiasm, spontaneity, flexibility, and professionalism. The dinner she made was flavorful and delicious, and breakfast was generous and varied, with delicious homemade organic products. The house was quiet, very clean, and tastefully decorated. Our rooms were bright and spacious, with good equipment and very comfortable beds. Excellent value for money, and a place we’d happily recommend. Thanks again, Gaëlle, for your kindness and welcome.
