The meals were a pleasant surprise, tasty, well prepared, and reasonably priced. Hotel du Midi Rodez also gave us clean, warm rooms with comfortable beds, and it was easy to get around the city from its location. We came as a large group, and the owner took extra care to make sure our stay went smoothly. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and polite from the moment we arrived. It felt like great value and the service made the experience especially enjoyable. We’d definitely stay again.

Getting around Rodez was easy from the hotel, including by public transportation, which is free. The staff were wonderful throughout, from reception to the kitchen, and we had a very enjoyable stay. I recommend both breakfast and dinner. We’ll absolutely come back.

The room was really comfortable, and we felt good here. The location was good too.

4/10
It’s an old, noisy hotel, though the location is handy and you can walk to everything you need. For a short business trip it may be okay, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer leisure stay. The staff seemed unprofessional and poorly organized. At check-in, the receptionist said a late checkout would be fine, but the next morning she insisted we had to leave the room, saying she needed it, without apologizing. She also made us leave the lobby around 10 p.m. because she was closing it.

A clean hotel right in the center, with really friendly staff. We had a great stay, thanks!
