DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked two rooms for two nights in October on 27 August. At check-in, the receptionist said there was no booking. When I showed the confirmation email, he had to admit they had messed up, though at first he tried to make it sound like our mistake. Very amateurish.

A lovely place, spotlessly clean, with great staff and breakfast. It was so peaceful, and Rodez was still just a 15-minute walk away.

The hostess was wonderfully welcoming, pleasant, professional, and attentive to what we needed. Dinner was exquisite and generous, a feast for the eyes and palate. Breakfast was absolutely enormous too. We had a wonderful stay.

The rooms are spacious, high-end, and very clean, and I was completely satisfied with my stays here. The welcome and service were just as good. A special mention for the professionalism and kindness of the person who greeted us. I recommend it without reservation.

We had a lovely welcome from staff who were professional, attentive, empathetic, and caring. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with products from local producers. We highly recommend it.
