The location is great, and the room was very clean, but the hotel itself feels run down. The carpets are old, the windows let in drafts, and the room had a musty smell. I was cold at night and had to keep the shutters closed to block noise from the car park below. I also found the staff distant and unwelcoming. I emailed a special-needs request 10 days before arrival but got no reply. They said they hadn’t received it, and there was no apology or effort to help when I arrived. There are plenty of other nice hotels in Rodez, and I wouldn’t recommend this one.
