Good value, especially as it's one of the few bed and breakfasts open in winter. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the owner was friendly. It's a charming house in a lovely village up in the hills above Rogliano, with a magnificent view over the small port of Macinaggio and the island of Capraia.

No breakfast or Wi-Fi, and the door locks don't work. We stayed in the downstairs apartment, A Casetta, so those comments are about that one, though I think some may apply to both. The house also has an upstairs apartment called Casa di Maria. Only that one appears on Google, but Booking.com shows it's the same owner. Our apartment was around 40m² and well equipped. It's in a quiet spot with a partial view of the western sea and the mountains nearby. The house sits on a walking trail that loops around Rogliano in about two hours, which is a nice way to explore the area.
