The room was a great surprise, we had a loft-style setup with a lovely view, plus a microwave, fridge, and stove. They left dishwashing supplies, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff were really friendly, and there was a lobby snack bar for drinks or something late at night. The restaurant was handy too. We could walk to Aéroville mall, and the airport was very close. I had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend it.

The ring I noticed missing after my stay from 26 to 28 August at Appart’City Collection Paris Roissy CDG Airport wasn't worth much financially, but it meant a lot to me. The way my room was handled made the loss even more upsetting: one evening I found the door open, with a key card still inside. Reception said service staff had been there, though the room hadn't been cleaned. I left feeling deeply dissatisfied and worried about the hotel's security and reliability. I can't recommend it to anyone concerned about their belongings.

That bathroom smell took two days to sort out, which felt like a long wait for such a basic problem. I stayed for 12 days, and housekeeping was a mess too. It was meant to happen three times weekly, but I only got cleaning on Saturday and Monday, with nobody coming Wednesday or Thursday. One receptionist said it was scheduled for that day, but my room still wasn't done. When I followed up, Ugo told me it only happened twice a week, contradicting what I'd been told, and was rude and dismissive. He lectured me instead of helping, which was frustrating and unprofessional. A few staff were helpful, but too many seemed indifferent to guest concerns. The lack of care and accountability overshadowed any good points. With poor management, inconsistent cleaning, and little attention to guests' needs, I wouldn't recommend staying unless these problems are addressed.

We arrived in 35F/5C weather and found the room had no heat. Reception said the temperature couldn't be changed, so cold air kept blowing until we switched the system off. We also weren't greeted when we arrived, and the airport shuttle cost 25€. The restaurant food was good, but on weekends it closed at 10:30a. We never saw room service, and our rooms didn't get fresh linen or more tea, coffee, or sugar. There's no smart TV, and since we don't speak French, BBC news was all we could watch. I won't stay here again.
