The parking garage was closed, so I had to stand in a dark spot and walk to the hotel through pouring rain. Inside, the rooms were far too warm, the windows wouldn't open, and the dry air irritated my nose. The hairdryer didn't work either, and the bar menu was limited. At checkout that morning, they couldn't find me in the system even though I'd stayed two nights. A no-show fee had meanwhile been charged to my credit card. The receptionist eventually refunded it, though I wonder when the money will show up, and I paid for the two nights. A very strange experience.

The room was spacious, with a good bed and bathroom, and the gym was fine, though some pictures on the walls would give it more atmosphere. The hotel is good value and well located, and the staff tried their best to be welcoming and helpful. It's generally easy to get there from CDG, about five minutes away, by Uber for 12E or the 8 EUR shuttle. But the reports on review sites about water problems, including other guests saying they had only COLD WATER, raise serious questions about management or ownership. How can the issue still be there when people have already written about it? If you're booking, I'd ask about the cold water first. Enjoy the cold water!!!

I was in Paris with a group of 41 from St Paul's University Kenya from 9th to 15th November 2025. The hotel is conveniently near the airport, my room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. It's a fairly good hotel close to Charles De Gaulle Airport. I had a bad experience over a small tube of toothpaste. The receptionist, JOAO, shouted at me in dismay. Maybe his English wasn't strong. There were also times when reception staff sat around gossiping while guests needed help. I think staff training or retraining would help. See you in November 2026.

This was the second worst hotel stay I've had anywhere in the world, and the problems kept piling up. During my vacation, the fire alarm went off more than five times at irregular hours over six days, costing me sleep. Customer service showed no real urgency. Requests for toilet paper or towels took hours, and I finally had to get supplies from the cleaning staff myself. Even basic room items were a struggle. We had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper, and it took three requests to get a missing TV remote. Staff seemed entitled and uninterested, and simple requests led to repeated conversations with no result. The rooms also have thin walls, so you hear other guests. The breakfast was poor too, with limited, low-quality options and food that wasn't fully cooked. The TV had only French channels, with no smart features or apps, and I couldn't connect my phone. For an international airport hotel, staff also didn't speak common languages like English or Spanish, which made everything more frustrating. This place lacks basic hospitality and service.
