Samuel and Gilberte made the stay feel especially welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. Hôtel Alexandra sits peacefully by the Mediterranean in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, with beautiful coastline views and that timeless French Riviera charm. The room was spotless, nicely furnished, and thoughtfully laid out for comfort and relaxation. A delightful stay, with elegance, comfort, and scenery all in one.

The location is lovely, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Better than a lot of local four-star places. What really matters is the welcome.

They dealt with our shower problem in such an impressive way, and the service throughout was amazing, especially from receptionist Gilbete. The room was spacious and clean, the bay view was the best, and breakfast was good. We highly recommend the hotel.

The service was good, though the night clerk was unfriendly when we asked for two extra towels, and we never got them. The bed was badly worn and had dips in it. Breakfast was a letdown too, with wet eggs, raw bacon, and instant coffee. Traffic noise went on day and night, so we barely slept. Probably the worst two nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel. We were very disappointed.
