The hotel never tried to resolve the theft of my laptop, so I had to take them to court. It was stolen on my first day, during a 32-day stay from Canada. My room was cleaned only twice in a month. They say rooms should be cleaned once a week, and if you ask for clean towels or sheets before then, they charge 10 euros. I’ll never stay here again. Please stay away.

My belongings were stolen on the very first day I arrived with my two children: jewelry, shoes, perfume, and my daughter’s Hello Kitty dresses. When I reported it to the police, they said this wasn’t the first time and that they’d had many complaints about guests’ belongings being stolen. It’s very sad for the hotel’s reputation. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay away!

The staff weren’t friendly, and the internet stopped working about half the time during our week there. We also weren’t told beforehand that cleaning cost extra or that checkout was at 10 pm, with a 5 euro charge for every hour after that. The place is a little out of the way, but otherwise okay to stay in.

I had the air conditioning and a kitchen spot I needed, but the cockroaches were definitely unacceptable.

Dirty room and a broken table. I wouldn’t go there, even for a budget hotel.
