We paid €227 for the night, and for that level of hygiene and service, the price is ridiculous. The projector also wouldn't connect properly. There was a bad smell throughout the room as soon as we entered. We tried to make the best of it, but after getting out of the jacuzzi we spotted mold on the wall and ceiling, then noticed drips on the walls. We talked it over, packed up, and went home after three hours. I contacted the accommodation to ask for compensation or a refund because the room was moldy and unhygienic. The owner accused us of trying to scam them since we'd used the jacuzzi and hadn't reported the problems straight away. We got no compensation and not even an apology. If we'd seen the mold and dirty walls earlier, we'd have left immediately. We don't speak French well, so we texted the owners to avoid an argument or escalation. The reply was rude and showed little understanding.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had a really comfortable bed. The lady was kind and quick to respond, and explained everything about the stay very clearly.

We chose this place for the spa and hammam, but the hammam wasn't working. I messaged the owner to ask how to switch it on and still haven't heard back. The spa seats had what looked like a mix of grime and dust on them, so I couldn't bring myself to get in. We also found long brown hairs in the bed. We paid the full price but couldn't use the facilities, which left us disgusted. A Christmas present gone wrong.

Really awful service. The person was so unpleasant. Please leave this to actual professionals.
