The building was quiet, and parking was easy and secure. The apartment had everything we needed and was well placed for Rouen's historic center. We were welcomed warmly. One bedroom did have a humidity problem, probably from a thermal bridge. It wasn't an issue for us, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with asthma or other respiratory conditions.

The apartment itself is functional, but the cleaning was really poor. There was dust all over the baseboards, under and behind the beds, and on the bedside table, which I doubt had been disinfected. The shower walls were covered in limescale. During an epidemic, cleanliness should be a priority for short-term rental owners. It was also very cold inside, with no space heater. That needs sorting out quickly.

Affordable and with parking, this is a basic apartment about a 15-minute walk from the city center.

Really good overall, and it would be so comfortable if the neighbors weren't this noisy.
