If we return to the region, this will definitely be our first hotel choice. Julie and Olivier made us feel at home, even though we had a couple of logistical hiccups. The hospitality was the best we experienced, and we enjoyed every bit of our visit. The view from our room was incredible. We also had an excellent, memorable dinner at la table des ocres, where Olivier is the ultimate host. Don’t miss it if you visit. Thank you, Julie and Olivier, for the good memories of our stay at la Maison des Ocres!

We also recommend the restaurant across the street, which has the same ownership. The hotel is on the city’s perimeter road, just below the ocre attraction, and the view from our room was amazing. The proprietor shared his thoughts on restaurants and towns nearby. Breakfast was generous and thoughtfully put together.

We had a clean, lovely room, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious shower with plenty of hot water. There was a little terrace where we could sit in the morning sun. The restaurant food was really good, and Olivier was a perfect host. Breakfast was delicious too, a great way to start the day. Merci Olivier and Julie. Absolutely lovely hotel with 5⭐️ service.

The little pool and lovely grounds were a relaxing place to sit after walking and sightseeing. The owners were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. Our family room on the top floor was immaculate and updated, with a terrace and incredible views. It’s just a two-minute walk to the center of Roussion. We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful little hotel and highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!
