We slept well and felt it was good value, though the bathroom needs attention. There was quite a bit of black mould around it, which put us off. The standard double was basic but clean, and the two bottles of water plus tea and coffee were a nice touch, though there was no milk. From outside, the building looked nice. Check-in wasn't until 5 pm, and with my limited French it was harder than at the other places we stayed. The gentleman was patient, friendly and polite.

The breakfast was excellent, served in a very pleasant dining room. We would have liked to have dinner there too, but arrived too late. Our room was good and spotlessly clean, if a little dated. A fantastic place to stop on the way south after the late ferry.

As a base just outside Dieppe, this place is lovely, rural and very French. There's not much to do there, but that's not what it's for. My six year old, used to places with things like lazy rivers, asked if there'd be one here. Breakfast was very good, and while the rooms feel a bit tired, they're comfortable and the price reflects that.

We had a comfortable room and enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the pleasant dining room. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of choice. The hotel is rustic and a bit quirky, but very clean, with a quiet, peaceful setting, outdoor seating and good parking, and Dieppe is easy to reach. The owner was very welcoming. The lantern-style lights in our room weren't bright enough, especially for reading. Still, we'd only needed to sleep after the owner kindly switched the bar TV to rugby. We enjoyed watching France beat NZ, and the owner enjoyed the result as well. We'd recommend staying here.

We had dinner in the restaurant and both chose the home-cooked lasagne. It was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice. The room was clean, with a clean, comfortable bed. Helpful, polite staff, a convenient location and great value for money.
