The new room had no shower holder, so I had to wash with one hand while holding the shower head. I was first given a bad-smelling, smoky room despite having reserved a non-smoking one, though it was changed after I complained. The receptionist was grumpy, very unfriendly, slow, and unhelpful. He charged me 8 euro per night for parking, although it was advertised as free, and charged 10 euro per night for my service animal, which is totally illegal.

My brother and I only ate at the restaurant, we didn't stay at the hotel. We both ordered the tartiflette, and it was amazing. I loved all the cheese in it. Super yummy, with very friendly service!

The bathroom was what shocked me most, with mold everywhere. The hygiene was deplorable. We spent two nights at the hotel, and the receptionist seemed bitter and not friendly at all. Both nights, we had to call him because the key card wouldn't open the door, or because he hadn't given us the card to get into the room. I highly recommend this place.
