Au Detour Du Mont

After a long day on the GR34, it was easy to unwind here. We were greeted with smiles, and the cozy room had several massage and relaxation devices; the shower did too. We also enjoyed the private terrace, plus a particularly generous charcuterie and cheese platter and breakfast. A restorative stop, thank you! 🤗

The apartment felt spotless and homey, and we could park right outside. My partner and I stayed three lovely nights. We did hear the church bell, but fell back asleep quickly. The village is charming and well placed for Mont Saint Michel and nearby towns, with a magnificent viewpoint for Mont Saint Michel just 100 meters from the guesthouse. The hosts and their son were wonderful, and we met lovely people during our stay. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back and will pass the address on to our loved ones 😃🥰

A small lounge made a nice place to relax after walking the GR34, and the host was pleasant. We stayed one night, and the breakfast was very generous. The guesthouse is well located for the trail.

The room was very nice, and the space with the pool table and foosball was fantastic. We were welcomed so warmly by the super friendly hosts. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade salted caramel, and they gave us excellent sightseeing tips around Mont Saint-Michel. We’ll be back.
