Le Prana - Les Chambres d’Hôtes

I left and found another hotel after the host failed to respond for more than 30 minutes when I contacted him about checking in. I’d arrived during the time window I’d given, but nobody was there to show me which room to use or explain anything. All I’d received was a code for the building’s front door. The host eventually sent a single message, then went quiet again. This is a set of bedrooms in a converted apartment, not a guesthouse at a spa, and it should be listed like an Airbnb rather than being presented as a hotel on Booking. I asked to cancel because the place wasn’t as described and the host wasn’t responding. The next morning, he said I’d be charged anyway, so I’ll dispute it. Stay away.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the interior. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was good, with fresh Baguette. Fantastic!

They took my reservation money, then called to say someone else had booked at the same time and the reservation was actually for that person. They said I’d have to pay extra if I wanted to keep it. This "hotel" is a SHAM that scams customers, and customer service clearly isn’t a priority. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! It doesn’t deserve to be called a "hotel".

I paid a deposit when I booked three apartments in December 2024 for a wedding on July 26, 2025. Then, on July 21, 2025, they called to say they’d rented them to someone else. Completely unprofessional, even unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs! I’d give zero stars if I could, so they get one.
