I couldn't sleep in the stifling room, and the stay felt deeply uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bed smelled awful, and there was no air conditioning. The room had no towels, tissues, or water, and I couldn't find cold water anywhere, not in the room or at reception. Even the vending machine wasn't working. When I asked for help, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. I paid nearly €100 for one night, but the booking never said the bathroom was shared and outside the room. Finding that out on arrival was an unacceptable surprise. There was no basic comfort here, and I left feeling the hotel had neglected guests' needs and advertised misleadingly. Never again.

The people working here are what made this the best F1 hotel I've stayed at. Lyes and his friends across the different shifts were patient and understanding with some guests, and they helped with whatever was needed, from changing linens to cleaning toilets. With them around, it was easy to have a peaceful day or night. It's about an hour from central Paris on public transportation. I've stayed at F1 hotel before, and this one is the best.

A free shuttle to the airport was a big plus, and the location works well for an overnight before a flight. The clean, very basic room had the essentials. There aren't good restaurants nearby, and getting to or from central Paris isn't convenient, so I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

A helpful man at reception made my stay easier. The rooms are cozy, and the hotel is well located for getting to the airport. A nice place to get some rest while traveling.
