We rented the two little houses side by side, which worked really well for our two families. Each family had its own space, but we were still close to each other. The pool was lovely and well cared for, and the outdoor area was peaceful and pleasant. The neighborhood has charm and is close to everything we needed. We felt at home in no time, and highly recommend it.

It worked perfectly for two families. The neighborhood was quiet, and Ruoms, with its restaurants and shops, was easy to reach on foot or by bike. We had a lovely stay at Villas Les Oléas, with a friendly welcome and a few thoughtful touches. The houses were clean, nice, and practical. The pool is beautiful and spacious, surrounded by greenery, and the hammock is a real bonus.

We had a lovely weekend renting both villas. The shops are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot. There are bikes at the villas too. The outdoor space is great for kids, with a trampoline, plus there's a big pool and a jacuzzi. A beautiful place for a family getaway. Thank you!

The owner gave us a wonderful welcome, and we really enjoyed the meat we ordered from him, a big thank you! The villas are practical, comfortable, and have air conditioning, which is essential in the Ardèche. Both children and adults will enjoy the pool and spas. A great place to stay, I highly recommend it. Book without hesitation.

We could leave the car at the property and walk into town, which made the location really convenient. The villas are in a very quiet cul-de-sac, well laid out and equipped. Anthony welcomed us perfectly, with local products as a gift and tips for enjoying the area and the Ardèche beaches. During a very hot summer, we appreciated the large pool, the spas, and the air conditioning. You can tell the owner wants to offer good quality accommodation. The site reflects what the place is actually like. A lovely spot for a lovely holiday!
