The room was lovely, and everything else went smoothly too. The manager was great to communicate with. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The Royal Suite was a real highlight, and the decor throughout is gorgeous, especially for a romantic break. The owners are fantastic. Some of the other love rooms were still being renovated during my visit, so I’m looking forward to coming back and seeing them. Thanks so much for everything, and well done. I’d absolutely recommend the place, and going with your partner!

The secret room option was a nice touch, and I had a very good stay. The Black Suite looks great and is nicely decorated. The mattress could be a problem if you’re heavier or have back issues, though. It was bearable for me, but the quality could be better.

Thanks for the feedback. The suites are being renovated since the ownership changed, and the problems people have mentioned over the past eight years will help the new owners make them better suited to guests' needs and preferences. The two suites are set to be completely transformed, perhaps with a few exclusive surprises. Hope you can come back soon and see them.
