The room was exceptionally clean, the service was amazing, and the hotel owner was very kind. It was perfect, and I'd recommend going if you're looking for a great hotel at a reasonable price.

The owner was cheerful, kind, and amazing at welcoming us. This is a friendly, family-run hotel, the kind you rarely come across. We recommend it 100%.

During the five hours we had to wait before returning to our rooms, the hotel managers looked after us. They kindly provided chairs, blankets, drinks, and pastries, and were exceptional in handling the situation with care and professionalism. A friend and I had booked two nights, November 28th and 29th, 2025. The welcome and rooms were very pleasant, but on Saturday night, November 29th, a warehouse across the street from the hotel caught fire. We were asked to evacuate, first outside and then into the lobby. When we left the next day, the manager offered us two free nights because of the eventful night. We insisted on paying for at least one, since he was in no way responsible for the incident. If we return to St Brevin, we'll gladly stay at Contact Hotel Estuaire.
