The rooms are still small, but they were clean, and the bathrooms are the one thing I'd suggest improving. What really made our stay was the staff, who were even kinder and more helpful than last year. We really appreciated how understanding they were. We returned to PSC Hotel because it’s close to where we had our business meeting. The lobby has been changed, with more light and comfortable furniture, and the internet now worked so well that I could connect to my PC from outside France, work, watch movies, and download documents without trouble. Breakfast had improved too, and having espresso available was important to me. There’s a nearby park for walking or running, with a nice view over Paris. I gave five stars because people who are that kind and willing to help mean a lot. Thanks for the hospitality!

I had a great stay, and I especially want to thank Oriane Soliman. When I came to Paris in June 2022, someone stole my backpack and I was devastated, crying nonstop. I told her what had happened when I arrived, and she greeted me with a warm hug and brought delicious pastries to my room. It was such a kind, comforting gesture. I’m grateful to her and wish her a happy, healthy life.

The staff were extremely kind and ready to help with any question. The hotel itself is very pleasant, with the typical small rooms you find in other hotels here, but they have everything you need.

At 10 PM in June, the room was around 34 C and impossible to sleep in. There was no air conditioning, just a 5 eur portable fan, and the plugs only worked if you turned the lights on. All this cost "only" 150 eur a night, with breakfast not included. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's a shame a place like this is still open in the 21st century in a city like Paris.
