Breakfast was really good, and we slept better than we had in ages. We spent two nights at Chez Madeleine and were made to feel so welcome. As a lovely New Year farewell, the kind lady sent us off with a dozen eggs. A little gem we'll come back to. Many thanks from Paul and Debbie. X

The shower was huge, and the showerhead felt great. Our room was clean and very spacious, with two very wide beds, each 120 cm. Madeleine was friendly and helpful throughout our three-night stay at Chez Madeleine. Breakfast came with fresh croissants and bread, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, tea, and eggs from the chickens in her garden. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Double glazing and shutters kept the road noise out. We’ll definitely return when we’re nearby.

Delores the dog was a delight, and Madeleine made us feel at home while giving us space. The family suite was huge, clean, and really comfortable, and there was a shared kitchen for cooking our own meals. Breakfast was plentiful and continental. The location made it easy to get to some beautiful French scenery. I’d absolutely recommend Chez Madeleine.

It’s peaceful here but still right in the center. The host was lovely and friendly, the Wi-Fi was good, and we had everything we needed.

The bathroom was great, and breakfast was nice too. Our room was big and spacious, with internet, and the host was friendly.
