The staff are helpful, speak English, and the place feels generally safe, including at night. It's one of the cheapest hotels in Paris, and you get what you pay for, more like a campground, so don't expect much. Shared toilets may be dirty, and you'll need to bring a bar of soap, though towels are provided. In hot weather it's uncomfortable, with no AC and a highway right next door. With the windows closed it's OK, but not with them open. The city feels worse.

Breakfast had fresh options and was delicious, and our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely city views. The location worked well for attractions and transport. Staff were attentive and friendly from check-in, and made us feel welcome. Amazing stay, truly unforgettable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

We had no further access problems after sorting out the check-in, but each morning we had to ask for bread, milk, and butter because the young man seemed a bit lazy and couldn't be bothered to check. We were on floor 6, which was just as well, since we saw a lot of rats in the car park. We'd arrived late at night and used the automated check-in. The reception door and room door both opened, so it all seemed fine. We had booked three nights, but when we returned to the hotel on our second day in St Denis, we'd been locked out and our belongings were still inside. The access code no longer worked. The person at reception didn't speak English, so I tried to explain in terrible French. It turned out the automated check-in had only checked us in for one night.

The location is great for Stade de France. My double room with a bathroom was small and compact, but the linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. Fine for a single night.

The location is in a rough neighborhood, and parking costs extra, but they couldn't tell us where to park. Our first room clearly smelled of smoke. The rooms are so cramped that with a suitcase inside, getting to the door is difficult, and even our two-person room had beds only 180 cm long, so taller guests' feet will stick out. It is affordable for a hotel near central Paris, but the rooms were dirty, with greasy walls, and nothing seemed maintained, either in the rooms or the building.
