We came across this site through ACSI. The Dutch family running it have been in charge for two years, and they were remarkably welcoming and helpful. It's a grassy site with glamping tents, loads of space to run around, and plenty of ground for dog walks. The trampolines, little cart track, and lovely pool are aimed at younger kids. Bread is available every day. We weren't sure what was local since we stayed on site.

We were in the area for a friend's wedding and found this quiet, lovely spot well off the beaten track. The finish is to a high standard, with a Dutch touch, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms were full, so we took one of the large tents instead. It was excellent, with proper comfortable beds, a toilet, kitchen area, heater, patio, and bedding and towels included. The toilet block was spotless. Breakfast was very good, and they also serve snacks and evening meals. Walk up to the small rustic chapel on the hill for views that go for miles.
