We were lucky to catch the grape harvest happening in the fields around us. After two nights here, we’d fallen for both the area and the BnB. Breakfast was lovely and complete, the large rooms had coffee and tea, and the shared spaces were comfortable.

The wine was a real highlight. We enjoyed it so much we bought too much 😂. The hosts were fabulous, both the manager and AhYuen, who led the tasting. The guest rooms were very nice, with a few Chinese touches. The place is well designed, retaining the old building’s character while bringing in modern elements in the winery. I didn’t like the arrival to the hotel part, through a hidden door at the back, and think that could be made nicer. The cheap clear plastic cover on the beautiful old tables was an awful detail.

The owner told us about the winery and we got a free tasting, then bought a few bottles to drink. The staff were kind, and breakfast was good, with tasty warm bread. Our newly renovated room was modern, really beautiful, and spacious. We had a very good stay.
