We’d definitely come again. The room was lovely, the shower had strong pressure, and dinner was delicious. Breakfast could be better, as there wasn’t a cooked option, though it was a Sunday.

We had two rooms for one night. Reception was good, and the rooms were otherwise fine, but the soap dispenser in one shower was broken and there was no soap. Dinner was awful. All four of us were served beef steaks from Ireland cooked on a plancha, without anyone asking how we wanted them. The plates arrived quickly, each with a huge, very greasy piece of meat. It was the worst meat I’ve had in France, impossible to eat or cut. We only managed the salad and pomme frite, and all of us left the meat. Nobody asked if the meal was good. Dessert was fine. Breakfast was fine too, though a little croissant would have been nice.

Back again in 2019, and it was superb once more. The chipirons were delicious and the merlu was excellent. I love the simple, unfussy surroundings. The food and ambiance are fantastic. Very, very good!

Sonia greets you with a smile, and she feels like family. The hotel has a lovely, welcoming team and is just the right size. Its rooms are charming and beautifully renovated, the restaurant is very good, and the terrace is a lovely place to spend a summer day.
