The people serving us were nice, and the location is brilliant, right by the mountains with a football pitch nearby. Inside the hotel, though, there wasn't much to do, apart from one good room, the disco room. The WiFi kept acting up whenever we tried to watch a movie, and nobody could fix it. My review is pretty negative. In Room 107, the shower was basically a port-a-potty. None of our doors locked. The toilet wouldn't flush until our teacher fixed it, and even then it kept flushing nonstop. The food was poor, with soup at every meal except breakfast, and all of it looked sickly. It was repetitive, and we got five-year-old portions even though we were a secondary school group.

The menus had lots of variety and the food was excellent. It was a clean place in a convenient location, with a cozy feel and very friendly staff. The boss was really nice and happy to respond to requests. I'd gladly spend another week there, and would recommend staying for a couple of days. Au plaisir!

Absolutely appalling. The wardrobe had a hole, the walls were cracked, and the place was dusty and very unclean. The staff were rude and unwilling to help.

A great weekend spot, with attentive service and a warm, courteous welcome from the family who run it. They're true professionals 😎 🎿⛷️❄️🏂🏻🏔️
