I strongly advise against dealing with them. Their telephone staff are very unpleasant, and they’re not accommodating with cancellations. They drag the process out, then claim you didn’t show up even though you submitted a cancellation request.

The hosts were lovely and energetic, and that made the stay a real pleasure. The studio was exactly as described, quiet, very clean, and nicely decorated. Being so close to the city centre was incredibly convenient. Thank you. I’d happily come back. Best regards.

My reservation was cancelled just a minute after I booked, and I was charged €50. They also require a €190 deposit, which I’ve never encountered at a hotel. I wouldn’t book here.

The apartment was dirty, with a clogged sink and hairs on the toilet seat. The pillowcases didn’t look clean, the intercom was broken, and the smoke detector didn’t work. For two people staying two nights, there was just one bath towel, and the courtesy tray had only a tiny amount of Nescafé. The services shown on websites weren’t there. I took photos in case the owner disputes it. Shame he wasn’t around to see everything himself. I’d avoid this place.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely studio. It was kept up well and decorated with good taste, and the owners were available if anything came up.
