We were warmly welcomed, then had a very good meal for the price, with a 16€ menu. The wine and cheese were good too. All in all, a very good choice in saint fargeau.

Comfortable hotel, and it's well lit.

The bathroom was the one modest bright spot: almost clean, functional, and modern. Staff were friendly too. The room, though, was small and not very clean, with an awful carpet, sparse furnishings, and an armoire that looked ready to fall apart. The whole place seemed run-down, with neglected woodwork and a messy courtyard. Breakfast was 12€ for a very basic buffet. Dinner was a disaster, a small salad and a main course like school cafeteria food, served cold and then reheated. At 34€, it definitely wasn't worth it, and one of us even got sick afterward. Wi-Fi was limited, so we just used our phones. We paid 114€ a night, plus 34€ for that terrible dinner and 12€ for the minimalist breakfast. It felt heavily overcharged, and the stay wasn't worth the price.
