10/10
Johann quickly and efficiently sorted out a problem I had booking a train ticket online, and I'm sincerely grateful for his help and support. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring, which really sets this hotel apart. It's cozy and centrally located, with a great price-quality ratio, close to the metro and all the tourist sights. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and guests get a nice welcome bonus of water, juice, tea, and coffee. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Toulouse.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel and rooms were clean. It could use a little redecorating to freshen things up. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive since it isn't hot. The price is reasonable for the location, right in the heart of Toulouse near the central metro station where the lines cross. A great base for visiting the city!

The room was clean, well equipped, and the people were nice. The only downside was that I couldn't get a stable connection to the free Wi-Fi. This hostel is right beside the main hub of the inner subway and close to the train station.

The station is about a 15-minute walk away, and restaurants and shops are just minutes from the hotel. It worked well for our family and was affordable.
