Hotel Restaurant d'Occitanie

Great.

We booked one night last week because we were going to a concert at the Zénith. Public transport made the hotel easy to reach, and the location worked really well. The staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was just right for us, very comfortable and impeccably clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. The students' homemade jams were excellent, as were the pastries. We'll come back for sure, and next time we'd like to book a table at the restaurant. Looking forward to trying the students' cooking and supporting them with their studies :) Sophie and Méline.

My room was spotless and well cared for, and I had no complaints about it. The location, right beside the Zénith concert hall, was also very convenient. The team were professional, polite, and always smiling, which made the service feel impeccable. My only issue was at breakfast, where I found yogurts that had expired three days earlier. That was the sole negative point I noticed. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay and would gladly return on my next visit. Thank you again.

The rooms were decent, if not brand new, and we enjoyed the breakfast. We had planned two nights, but illness meant we could extend our stay by one more. The hotel closes over Christmas because it's a hospitality training center, and we were really impressed by how dedicated the young staff were. Thank you.
