Hotel Restaurant La Chevaliere

Those vegetables were fabulous, with the kind of intense flavors I was glad to find again. The whole meal was a triumph, and the careful presentation made it even better. There are two options for each course, and the alternative looked just as tempting as what we chose. From the street, the place doesn't look like much, but inside it has real charm. The decor quietly mixes old and new. Service was attentive, especially from the manager, though the young waiter could have smiled more. Congratulations to the professional team. We'd gladly come back.

The staff gave me such a warm welcome, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I was passing through by bike and spent one night at the hotel. La Chevalière is worth the detour, and I'll certainly return.

I didn't stay at the hotel, so this is just about the restaurant. We had a really pleasant time, thanks in part to the warm welcome from the team. The setting feels intimate, with old features and just enough modern style. The dishes were delicious and generous, and the wine selection was excellent.

We were welcomed so warmly, and the friendly atmosphere went perfectly with the quality of the service. The meal was excellent, made with fresh ingredients. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We'd be happy to return and try the rest of the menu.
